How does this work?

• You will receive a Returns Form with your Traditional stethoscope, complete this form and send it back** with your old stethoscope for a 25% refund*. Any type, model or make of stethoscope is considered.
• Returns must be completed within 28 days of purchase (from the invoice date).
• Once your form and old stethoscope are received a 25% refund will be issued to the card from which the payment was initially taken.
