• NEW- Menu Button- Allows you to customise start up settings using screen guided commands. It remembers the settings so that your 3M Littmann 3100 Electronic stethoscope will be ready to use as soon as you switch on.

• NEW- Individual Power On/Power Off Button- This turns the stethoscope on, as well as illuminates the LCD interface backlight if working in poor light conditions. Simply hold the button down for 2 seconds to turn off the 3M Littmann Electronic 3100 stethoscope.

• NEW- LCD Interface- Advises current sound level, whether you are in bell or diaphragm mode and it also advises remaining battery life.

• NEW- Patient Heart Rate Display- The LCD Interface will display the patients heart rate after just 5 seconds and will update on the screen every 2 seconds.

• Multiple Reminders When Battery Is Low- tool free access to aid easy changing, and operates on a single AA battery. Lithium batteries can also be used if additional battery life is needed.

• Dedicated controls for power on/off, bell/diaphragm frequency, and (+) and (-) buttons to adjust sound level up or down.

• Flat diaphragm- this allows for extra stability and the sound detection is in the center, so the 3M Littmann Model 3100 is ideal for infants or adults
